Moist forest. With Miconia laevigata, M. impetiolaris, Mecranium amygdalinum. Uncommon. On limestone.

Description
Shrub ca. 1.5 m tall; flowers with pale rose, recurved petals, stamens white; fruit blue. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
