Located the geographic center of the city of Juquiá and used the measurement tool to measure a straight line between the center of the city and the Juquiá boundary along the road. Halved this distance, and measured to the midpoint on the road. Used Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs to find the coordiates of this point. Input coordinates, linear extent (distance from the chosen point on the feature to the farthest point on the feature that is within the administrative boundaries specified in the locality description - 11384.2 m.), and measurement error (.1 m.) to find the uncertainty radius.
