    Disturbed cloud forest with Brunellia, Miconia spp., Mecranium, Lonicera, and Hedychium. Locally common.

  • Description

    Small tree ca. 3 m tall. Bark brown-gray. Twigs and petioles red-purple that extends on abaxial surface of midvein. Fruits tinged likewise. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
