Habitat
On poor stony hills above cultivated valley bottom. Low spiny bushland with cactus and Prosopis. In grass/low cactus in protection of large thorn bushes in dry bushland. Locally abundant.

Annual herb to 40 cm. Corolla violet or whitish but paler near base. Anthers pale yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
