Habitat
Restinga vegetation on coastal sand with scattered forest with lower trees in more open places. This plant frequent in closed restinga.

Description
Tree to 10 m. with white latex. Leaves bright glossy green above, paler beneath, coriaceous. Corolla white. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
