nut	Boil the fruits for an hour in a pot of water
covered with Cyrtosperrma leaves to help
keep the heat in. Extract the nuts after it is
cooked and then it is good to eat with fish
as a form of starch.
wood	Its wood can be used to make paddles
because it is very hard and it will float.
