Description
Tree, 14 m. x 40 cm. Tree 14 m tall, the trunk 40 cm diam; bark greyish/orange/brown, forming ± rectangular plates, the plates peeling outward around the edges (the plates thinner and lighter in color than the sympatric, Pinus taeda (see Atha & Morrow 6214)). Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
