meadow. (Glass Mtn. quad: 37° 46.057'N, 118° 40.66'W; T2S
R30E S16, SE/4 of SW/4). Alt: 2805m/9200ft.
Broad wet meadow, densly beset with Eleocharis pauciflora,
running S to N, fed from perennial seeps on S edges. Closely
surrounded by Pinus contorta and Populus tremuloides woodland.
Uplands of Artemesia tridentata / Purshia tridentata scrub.
Occasional, scattered in dry woodland above meadow.
