Native and occasional. Savanna with Balanites manghannia. Perennial climber of 5m high, with a succulent tuber, cylindrical, 2mx30cm. Leaves simple, glabrous, alternate, green, margins dentate. Flower solitary, corolla creamy white. Fruit green with white spots, glabrous, smooth.
