Habitat
Small stream flowing into Monkey Tail Branch from the resurgence of the Chicleros camp water source. Dense hardwood tropical forest approximately 30 years old along the sides of the stream. Mixed hardwood species with a palm and a shrub understory. Soils not limestone derived.

Description
cycad, terrestrial. Terrestrial cycad growing on the dense shade of mixed hardwood forest along a small side stream. Leaves approximately 2 m. long. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
