Description
Unbranched treelet, 5 m tall. Leaves spirally arranged, divergent, 36-60 x 10-17 cm, with 22-26 pairs of lateral veins. Infructescences caulinar, bearing 1 to 2 fruits; pedicels 0.7-1 cm, green, lenticellate; fruits 8-winged, greenish white, 3-4 x 5 cm, with 4-5 carpels, white glands outside; 4-5 styles, bifid. Calyx with 2 sepals, sepals triangular, 7-9 x c. 5 mm. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
