  • Description

    Forming dense tufrs to 2 dm diam. All past flower. Fruits collected from niches in ground. plants occurring in sparse patches; often 1-2 small plants found very near large ones, but connections not found; roots stout. Note on this specimen very short stems.

This matches well the description of Abronia nana S.
Wats. var. harrisii S. Welsh, but see collection 13732 from
topotype locality. Note on this specimen very short stems.
