With Populus, Rhamnus betulaefolia var. obvata, Shepherdia rotundifolia, Pinus edulis, Amelanchier, Ephedra, Opuntia, Arctostaphylos patula, Penstemon rostriflorus, Salix exigua, Solidago, Juncus, Typha domingensis, Rhus trilobata, Opuntia polyacantha erinacea, Opuntia phaecantha, Oenothera longissima, Clematis ligusticifolia, Quercus gambelii, Fraxinus anomala, Pachystima. Locally frequent.
