Georgia. Trialeti. north slopes of Samgereti range, village Iphnari (about 5 km from Thethritskaro to Dmanisi) forested slopes along left side of river Thethritskaros-Tskali.

Habitat
On mixed broadleaf forest margins and open meadows. Quercus iberica, Acer campestre, Carpinus orientalis, Corylus avelana, Rosa spinosissima agr., Crataegus pentagina, C. kyrtostyla.

Description
Perennial herb, stems up to 2,5-3 m farinosa, stellate, pilose; leaves broadly orbicular, 3-5 lobed; pedicels 1-5 cm; flowers singly or in groups in the axils; epicalyx segment 3 (4) connected at the base; petals pinkish 25-35 mm; ovary with many carpels.
