Habitat
Upland, level, non-inundated tropical evergreen forest, the trees mostly short, ca. 10 m. tall. With scattered huge emergent Bertholletia excelsa.

Description
Slender treelet, 7 m. tall, 5 cm. in diameter. Leaves rusty tan beneath; immature fruit tannish green. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
