    Upland pine (Pinus) - oak (Quercus) forests intermixed among extensive red maple (Acer rubrum) swamps, Atlantic white cedar (Chamaecyparis thyoides) swamps, and abandoned cranberry bogs. On sandy soil in forest opening.
