  Stem, buds, and leaves of Populus deltoides based on S. A. Mori et al. 28075 from the Westchester Wilderness Walk/Zofnass Family Preserve, Westchester Co. New York. Fallen tree trunk. The petiioles are flattened and the buds are very large.
