  Immature and mature sori of Dryopteris marginalis based on S. A. Mori & M. Rothman 28061 from the Westchester Wilderness Walk/Zofnass Family Preserve, Westchester Co., New York. The indusia with a conspicuous furrow. The mature sori have shrunken indusia and black sporangia.
