Species Description - Tendrils usually numerous, and provided with terminal adhering expansions, the vine sometimes supported also by aerial roots; leaflets oval, elliptic, or oblong-lanceolate, 5-15 cm. long, narrowed at the base, coarsely toothed, at least above the middle, glabrous or somewhat pubescent; panicles ample, erect or spreading in fruit; berries blue, 6-10 mm. in diameter, usually 2-3-seeded; peduncles and pedicels red.

Distribution
Coppices and scrub-lands, Abaco, Great Bahama, Andros, New Providence, Great Exuma : Quebec to Manitoba : Florida and Mexico ; Bermuda ; Cuba. Consists of several races. Virginia Creeper.
