Discussion
An acidic species found with Diplophyllum microdontum and Anastrophyllum saxicolus in protected overhangs and boulder pockets. Known only from Greenland, northern Alaska and acidic localities in the Yukon, as well as two disjunct localities in southem Ontario and Maine (Schuster, 1974).
