    Genus Description - Small acaulescent epiphytes without pseudobulbs. Leaves many, equitant, coriaceous, distichously imbricate and forming a fan. Inflorescences erect, axillary racemes. Flowers small, white to green; sepals subequal, free, spreading, often concave; petals subequal to or larger than sepals, flabellate; lip simple or 3-lobed, the midlobe frequently elongate and inflexed, the callus fleshy bifid, bialate, or bicornute; column short, footless, with very long, attenuate rostellum; pollinia 4, waxy.
