Species Description - Plants hemiepiphytic. Rhizomes 5-25 mm thick, with lanceolate- linear to triangular, brown, opaque, entire to denticulate scales, 8-20 X 1-2 mm. Sterile fronds 2-3-pinnatepinnatifid, glabrous to pilose; basal pinnae 20-50 X 7-25 cm, petiolate, subequilateral, acuminate; pinnules truncate to cordate at base, the margins ciliate, the petiole, rachis and midrib glabrous to pubescent. Fertile fronds bipinnate; pinnae 4-10 X 0.5-1.5 cm, covered on both surfaces with sori.
Distribution and Ecology - Common in forest understory.
