Species Description - Plants epiphytic. Rhizomes erect, with ovate, brown scales 2-4 mm long. Fronds pinnate, in clusters of 2 to many; petiole canaliculate, blackish-brown, 7-11 cm long; blade lanceolate, terminating in a subconiform apical segment; rachis marginate or alate, glabrous; pinnae in 5-12 pairs, subsessile, unequal and usually cordate, auriculate, and overlapping the rachis at base, acute at apex, the margins serrate; veins onceor twice-forked. Sori linear, inserted below middle of pinna. Cloud forest.
