  • Habitat

    Espécie que forma densa cobertura herbácea de 100%, com raras inclusoes de subarbustos como Caesalpinia bonducella. E a Ciperácea mais frequente na Ilha, ocorrendo principalmente nas partes planas. Em áreas mais inclinadas passa a dividir espaço com Finbristylis nesiotis.
