Lychnothamnus barbatus (Meyen) Leonh.	Characeae
2 miles north of Victoria. Carver Park Reserve. Growing in the eastern arm of
Zumbra Lake (ID 10004100), a 270 acre mesotrophic basin situated in hummocky
terrain. Good water clarity. Individuals locally common. Water depth: 30
centimeters. Associated with Najas flexilis, Nymphaea odorata, Ceratophyllum
demersum, Potamogeton nodosus, Nitella tenuissima, Myriophyllum spicatum.
Sand substrate.
