Outer bark grey-brown, soft, corky,
tuberculate? inner bark yellow; under
bark white, fibrous* Calyx purple;
corolla purple at base.
Notes: Lobes greenish with pale,
fimbriate margin! large green disk.
Common.
Locality: Sumatra: Riau Province,
 Tigapuluh Mts., 5 km W of Talanglakat on
Rengat-Jambi Rd., Bukit Karampal area.
