closely related to Dlgltarla diveralnervla (Nees)
Btepf, at least It reeeaSXSs specimens inour herbarium
(Medley wood 9999) named as such very closely* it
differs from typical D. dlvarslnaryls in the family
having leaves and the~laierel beards of the upper
glume and the upper part of the sterile lemma*
Typical D. dlveralnervls has a beardless uppar glume
and Indications of a Beard in the upper pert of the
sterile lemma*
Henreed will probably consider your plant
to be merely a form of D. dlveralnervls with bearded
spikelets.
pigtarla marginsta Link has altogether
smaller a plfcele i a which differ in the nervation of
the glume and sterile lemma. ”
