Corollas violet-purple, viscid, yellow-bearded on lower lip; anthers dehiscent at tips; sterile stamen yellow bearded full length. Written on sheet: Fully mature anther-sac, 1.2 mm. long, 0.7 mm. wide, not explanate. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
