Erect herbs, in cracks in paving bricks along sidewalk
between house wall and street, with no competition and
plants very vigorous. All leaves, from the larger stem ones
to the reduced bracteal ones in the inflorescence highly
crisped and with undulate margin, although with no
indication of virus diseases. Flowers open on heavily
overcast afternoon with frequent showers, usually not open
until evening of sunny days. Corolla tube and outside of
limb dull yellowish green with pinkish, the open face white.
