Notes: Used for house construction. Not suitable for building canoes. Locality: East Sepik Province: April River near confluence with the Sitipa. Habitat: Pristine lowland hill forest on mafic substrate, ascending Crestline. 175 m., 4°34’S X 142°35’E Local Names: "me tetepe" W.
