Description
spore length: 13.0 microns; spore width: 4.5 microns; spore shape: oblong; spore texture: smooth; spore color: clear; spore print color: pinkish brown. The strawberry-pink cap, the bright yellow at the base of the stipe, and the scabers on the stipe, make this species easy to identify. Close examination by Dr. Methven (see annotation above) combined with the 2015 DNA analysis confirmed that this specimen is Harrya chromapes.
