BOTANICAL Paspalum repens Bergius Poaceae Ritter 4548 Determined by: N. Ritter (NHA), 1998 Flora of Bolivia Family: Poaceae Paspalum aff. repens Bergius Determined by: N. Ritter (NHA), 1998 Department of Santa Cruz Province of Angel Sandoval A large cove at the southern end of Laguna Mandiore. Separated from the main body of the lake by a narrow spit of land. Elevation approximately 90 m. Center of collecting: 18°13'38"S. 57°33'5"W. Semi-aquatic grass. Stems inflated and floating. Abundant in this area, with scattered individuals noted throughout the system. In flower. Habitat: large assemblages of floating and emergent herbs and emergent shrubs. Dominated by Paspalum repens and Oiyza sp. with scattered pockets of Pontederia rotundifolia. 7/15/98 Collected by: N. Ritter, G. E. Crow C. Crow.
