dominant trees; Xyridaceae, Eriocaulaceae, and Melastomataceae
dominant in understory,. Tree to 5m. Leaves dark green above, light green
below. Inflorescence axillary and cauliflorous fascicles. Calyx green,
corolla white. Silica sample.
