Cultivated in perennial bed on south side of house.
Plant received under the name "Lychnis yuruianensis” on 27 Apr 1993
from We-Du Nurseries (Marion, North Carolina); planted same day.
That year, it flowered 14 May to 9 Jun. Growth resumed on 2 Apr
1994; flowering began on 12 May 1994.
Intemodes with dark viscid patches. Corolla rose-pink, the corona paler;
anthers light grey-blue.
