GUYANA. Region: Potaro-Siparuni. Pakaraima Mts, south
rim, summit ridge, Cipo Mtn, ca. 2-4 km from
headwaters of Cipo Creek. 04°54'N, 60°05'W. Elev. 1250
m. Low forest to 10 m, 2 stories; mod. to low epiphyte
density, moss and lichens; sandstone soils, overhangs
and cliff edges. Thin shrub 1 m; peduncles and
petioles pink; flowers pinkish purple.
