Description
A heavy liana (?), high-climbing epiphyte (?) (possibly terrestrial) twining around trunk of 10567; indivicual stems 3-5 in. in diam., ultimate stem greenish-yellow; lvs. glossy, dark green, often attaining 2'x2', young lvs. deep red; terminal inflor. up to 3 ft. long and wide or sometimes larger; fl. purplish aging yellowish green; fr. purplish; inflor., peduncles, pedicels purplish brown. Common in dense cloud forest at Camp 2 1/2.
