[NAD 27] Long Pond, south side of Maine Route 182, Township 10 SD, north shore of Long Pond, near boat landing. Humus over sand and gravel till, probably acidic. Mixed forest, Picea, Abies, Fagus, Acer rubrum, margins near lake edge. Occasional small tree about 3-4 meters tall, bark dirty-white; fruits green. Steven R. Hill 36021 24 June 2004 02477504
