Description
Sketch included; perhaps the dominant grass; culms 1-several in small clumps (plants nonrhizomatous); anthers yellow; 2 types of plant present, some taller and with open panicles; some shorter and with panicle branches erect (the latter nearly all smutted(?) so abnormal).
