    Stems leaning, cespitose, several in a cluster, to 2 m tall, 1 cm diam. Leaves 9-11; sheath to 10 cm long; petiole 20 cm long; rachis 20 cm long with 3 (-4) pinnae per side. Inflorescence infrafoliar.
